A Story Born from the Mountains
Artisan Felt and Craft House was born from a simple but powerful belief: that the skilled hands of Nepali women deserve to be seen by the world. What began as a small collective of artisans in Kathmandu Valley has grown into a thriving community-driven brand rooted in purpose.
Our founders — themselves advocates for women's economic empowerment — recognized that Nepal's rich tradition of handcraft was at risk of fading. They brought together women from multiple districts, provided training in quality and design, and created pathways to markets that had never been accessible before.
